This policy explains how Emberandpines ships campfire tees, trail hoodies, knit beanies and camp mugs to customers in the United States, what shipping costs, and how long delivery usually takes.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not accept or ship international orders. All items are in stock and ready to ship from our warehouse in the United States.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing takes up to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. This processing time is already included in the total delivery estimate below, not added on top of it.

Shipping method and carriers

We offer one shipping method, Standard Shipping. Your package is sent with one of our carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–11 business days in total from the date the order is placed. This total includes up to 3 business days of processing and up to 8 business days in transit with the carrier.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays and other events outside our control can occasionally slow a package down.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check the latest status at any time on our Track Order page using your order number.

Changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible with your order number. Orders can only be changed or canceled before they enter processing or shipment. Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, let us know right away so we can try to correct it before the order is processed.

Damaged, incorrect or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another suitable solution at no cost to you.
